We run systematic, rules-based equity strategies focused on US large-cap equities. Our primary approaches include cross-sectional momentum, statistical mean-reversion, and a proprietary multi-factor model that scores individual stocks for expected risk-adjusted returns. All strategies are fully automated with zero discretionary overrides.
The current minimum initial investment is $250,000 USD. Subsequent contributions have a $50,000 minimum. All investors must be accredited as defined under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D, or qualify as a "qualified eligible person" under CFTC Rule 4.7.
We charge a management fee and a performance fee. Specific terms are disclosed in the private placement memorandum (PPM) provided to qualified prospective investors. We are happy to discuss the fee structure during an introductory call.
The fund offers quarterly redemptions with a 45-day prior written notice requirement. There is a one-year soft lock-up on initial subscriptions. In extraordinary market conditions, the General Partner reserves the right to gate redemptions as permitted under the fund documents.
Risk is managed at three levels: (1) individual position sizing using a volatility-adjusted Kelly criterion with hard caps; (2) portfolio-level exposure controls including sector concentration limits and beta targets; and (3) drawdown circuit breakers that automatically reduce gross exposure when realized drawdown exceeds predefined thresholds.
The metrics displayed on this website are a combination of back-tested research results and live trading performance since inception of the current strategy (stated explicitly in full disclosure materials). All back-tested results carry important caveats and are not predictive of future performance. Full audited track records are available to qualified prospective investors upon execution of an NDA.
The primary strategy trades US-listed equities (S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 constituents) and liquid ETFs (SPY, QQQ, IWM). The strategy does not currently employ options or futures, though research is ongoing. No cryptocurrency or digital asset exposure.
After completing the inquiry form above, our investor relations team will schedule an introductory call. Following that call, qualified investors will be invited to execute a non-disclosure agreement after which the private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, and audited financials will be provided for review.
